WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES: Each participant will learn to:
- Represent her/himself and his/her company professionally and persuasively to all internal and external clients & prospects.
- Support his/her message with effective eye contact, vocal quality, gestures, and posture.
- Present to a group both standing and seated with PowerPoint or handout material.
- Select, sequence, and use words and visual aids that respond to each client/prospect needs and tell a compelling “story” concisely and powerfully to differentiate you from the competition.
- Team presenting & how to handle Q&A
